Characters
Although you can interact with all characters that are in the game, you can not build up a romantic relationship with all of them. In order to do so, you will have to complete different quests for them. But be careful: Some quests have negative side effects on other characters. Also you can’t complete all opportunities within one gameplay since several ones are contradicting. Save at the right time to fully enjoy the scope of this game!

Amy is from Rhode Island and quite recently moved to this location. Eager to join a sorority, she undertakes a scavenger hunt which will be over the day after the party, your help is therefore highly appreciated. Derek mentioned that is totally obsessed by the band «Panic at the Disco».
Arin, together with Dan, are the members of the internet gaming duo Game Grumps, who have accidentally landed in Madison’s backyard from their hot air balloon. It’s up to you to try and help them escape the party and get them back in time to their live show.
Ashley is Madison‘s sister. The relationship between these two is not the best, since Madison is always trying to pull a prank on her. You have the chance to help Madison pull a prank on her again, resulting in Ashley walking around the house in her panties only. When you do this, you can not do anything else with Ashley, since she will obviously hate you for that. But if you decide to help her clean her clothes (once the quest is unlocked) you can have her give you a «special treatment» if you catch my drift.
Brittney is sitting upstairs in the study room. She hides from the party since her new top appears to small for her bust size. Ashley reveals that she is a lesbian hinting at a possible interaction with Amy. Later on you’ll get to know that she was spying at her female neighbor while changing. To make her leave the room you either can make Stephanie dance topless downstairs or «distract» her otherwise (dramatically worsening your relationship).

He is your friend from your high school’s dungeons and dragons club and the only person you know at this party. He was invited since he hooked up with Madison a week before the party and needed your company to manage the arkward situation between him and Madison. He has many useful tipps for you and he claims to have «french fry nipples» (just to let you know ;-)).
Frank is one of the three males at the party. He is guarding the alcohol in the house, which makes it rather difficult to get it. If you get caught with some boze or trying to take some out of the shelf, he will immediately beat you down ending the game and you have to load or start all over again. Even though you can make use of a glitch or lock him away, you won’t be able to take the alcohol at all. If you present him with a topless picture of Katherine, he will allow you to take one bottle of alcohol out of the shelf. Getting the Thermos for Rachael requires his trust, earned by handing over 6 bottles of beer or wine. From Derek you will get to know that he is bisexual leading to a potential «romance» between him and yourself.
Katherine is an intelligent person, has a master’s degree in engineering and is always on her phone. She is waiting for her boyfriend to show up, but she mentions that they don’t really get along well. If you want to get to business with her, «traditional» pick-up lines won’t be helpful, show her your academic side. She has deep knowledge regarding technical matters like fixing the microwave or hacking phones. Mean people would say that she is the only reason why Stephanie passed her exams in school, but their relationship is kinda tense.
Leah is the most promising MMA student of Frank and his second-in-command. Loyal as she is, she didn’t question Frank’s order to restrict anybody from drinking alcohol even though she doesn’t understand why. Being highly motivated and deep into fitness, she wants to open her own self-defense studio. As she was added in v.13 of the game, she hasn’t a lot of content yet. Some cynical people claim that she was only added to test HouseParty’s new ass engine 😀
Ashley’s Spanish tutor, she’s never been to a house party before. You invite her to come via Ashley’s computer in the study room. She’s quite gullible and you must look out for her. She has a birthmark located on her lower back. You can also find a secret ending involving her and Rachael.
Madison is hosting this party and knows most of the people via school. Your first quest is to introduce yourself to her. She is Ashley‘s sister and always trying to pull a prank on her. According to her sister, she wants to be cool and hipster-like therefore is interested in something called «Sky Animals», a kind of astrology developed by native Americans. Having moved from Nevada, she searched for freedom, but now feels overwhelmed with the entire situation. Right from the beginning, you get to know that she lost her phone in the mastery bathroom opening up some interesting opportunities to go for. The mastery bedroom is her own room wherefore highly personal items like her diary are stored there.
The only reason why Patrick is at the party is that he is the cousin of Ashley and Madison. He is completely drunk and carries a bottle of wine with him, which can be retrieved when you make either Madison or Frank beating him down. He owns a smut side and gave his phone to Brittney to take care of it.
Stephanie is the friend of Madison and dances in the living room with the chimney. At the first glance she seems a little bit stupid, mainly due to her extensive drug consumption. She works at Chubbies, a sports bar with topless waitresses, but she hates her boss. Getting to know her closer, her experience with all kinds of drugs turned into deep medical insights which can be uncovered in the course of her story.

This guide will take you through the easiest, quickest way to get each achievement in House Party.
Important note: While you will get an in-game «Achievement unlocked» prompt on the screen when you complete an achievement, a lot of the achievements won’t unlock in Steam while you’re in-game. I have to exit the game and reload the Steam achievements page for them to show up.

«Strip at the door, make your first impression to everyone in the nude»
Achievement length: very short.
You can get this achievement as part of the «Katherine» achievement path.
Start by starting a new game. As soon as the game starts, click [Y] to open the clothing menu and remove your clothing piece by piece. If you look down, you can admire yourself in all your glory.
Note that your relationship with the characters will not be affected by this memorable first impression, so you can go on to complete literally any other achievement after this one, without having to start a new game.

«Get on the «s***-list» of every girl at the party»
This achievement requires you to be stupid, cheesy or rude to every girl at the party. Note: This achievement only includes girls present at the party when you start a new game.
Achievement length: very short.
Start by starting a new game. You can approach the girls in any order you like. Click each girl and choose [Talk], then select the dialogue options listed below. Their friendship meter will state «S*** list» and their romance meter will display «Cold shower». You’ll know you’ve made it on everybody’s s***-list when the achievement prompt pops.
Ashley:
«Damn! I wish that I was cross-eyed so I could see you twice»

Alternately, you can just untie her top.
Amy:
«I lost my phone numer. Can I have yours?»

Talk to her once, say anything, then close the dialogue. Click [P] to whip out you equipment and [1] to start rubbing it. Click away the dialogue option appearing. Leah will walk to a new location. Follow her and place yourself close to her, facing her. Then click [1] again to continue touching yourself. When you finish on her you will earn a spot on her s*** list.
Madison:
Requires that you talk to everybody before. She’ll come to you when you are done.

The achievement unlocks once you’ve managed to upset every girl. Congratulations!
Note: There is another slightly more time-consuming way to get on everybody’s s***-list; use [P] to bring out your equipment and [1] to start touching yourself. You’ll have to release your spray on every single girl in order for them to dislike you enough to put you on their s***-list. This might take a while, as you have to rest between your «battles», and you might miss when aiming and have to attempt the same girl multiple times. An efficient way to avoid this is to keep them in a conversation so they can’t walk away from you.

«Avoid Frank’s AND Derek’s fists for at least a minute.»
This achievement requires you to have both Frank and Derek chasing you around for a said amount of time (one minute).
Achievement length: very short.
The easiest way to get this achievement is to get Frank and Derek in the living room at the same time. The fastest way to achieve that is to keep restarting until Derek spawns in the living room.
Grab the tablet under the tv and make a run for it. Frank and Derek will both be upset with you and try to fight you. Now run outside and over to the fire pit. Get both guys quite close to you, then run over to the hot tub. Proceed to run around the hot tub. If the guys get too far apart and start coming at your from opposite sides of the hot tub, run back to the firepit and repeat the steps.
Alternate method: Open the doors to the liqour cabinet next to Frank. Then click the tablet under the tv and choose [Take]. Click out of the conversation with Derek as fast as you can. Run over to the liqour cabinet and pick up any bottle you like (I personally found the «Jack Daniels» to be the easiest to grab) and click out of Frank’s conversation as fast as you can.
The achievement will unlock once you’ve been chased for one minute. Congratulations!
Note: According to Erasmus himself, it’s not possible to have any locked doors in the game while trying to get this achievement. That means locking Frank and/or Derek in a room is not possible, and neither is locking yourself in. No easy way out of this one!
Note: Some players have found that they can get this achievement during the Vickie quest, when Derek and Patrick are both fighting Frank, because the game registers this as both of them being in a fight, even if they’re not chasing you. Erasmus is aware of this loophole and has said it will be fixed in a future patch.

«Inspect at least 30 items in one play-through»
This achievement requires you to click on a bunch of objects and choose the [Inspect] option, which will cause a little bit of information to pop up on the screen.
Achievement length: very short.

This achievement requires you to meet every party-goer, including Vickie. That means you have to make Vickie come to the party, then interact with every character.

This achievement requires you to help Ashley get back at her sister by pulling a serious prank on Madison.

Follow her to wherever Ashley is. On the way there, be sure to pick up a Natty Lite from one of the following locations (without Frank or Leah seeing you do it).

«I’ll fix it, give it here!»

Talk to Madison, tell her Patrick is stealing her stuff. Madison will proceed to knock Patrick out, making Ashley free again. Make sure you pick up Patrick’s bottle of Merlot while he’s passed out.
Head to a secluded area (a bathroom will be the safest choice), open your inventory and find Madison’s phone. Click [Inspect], then the gallery app icon. Your character will say «Jackpot!». Click the home button on the phone to exit gallery, then again to put the phone away. Next, find her diary in your inventory, click it and choose [Read]. Click

Approach Frank, click him and choose [Talk], then click
«I’m completely sober!»
«Come on Frank. Stealing from girls? This has gone way too far!»

Now you have to find five alcoholic beverages to give Frank, to prove you’re a trustworthy guy (we have to give him six beverages, but we already have Patrick’s Merlot). The easiest solution is to collect the beers strewn about the house, in addition to the bottle of Chardonnay. Here are their locations (make sure Frank and Leah can’t see you pick them up):
— In the family room (where Steph is dancing), behind the right speaker)
— In the garage, on the shelf furthest to the right when entering
— When entering the master bedroom, on the top shelf to your left
— In the office, under the desk (pres [C] to crouch in order to reach it)
— Upstairs bathroom, behind the hamper (right click to grab the hamper, right click again to put it down)
— In the living room, on the floor next to the armchair. Getting this one requires that you make Frank leave the room, so I’d suggest leaving this one alone for this particular achievement.
— The Chardonnay is on the top shelf in the utility closet in the laundry room
Once you’ve collected the beverages, approach Frank, click him and choose [Give] and [Natty Lite]. End the interaction by clicking «Just doing my part, Frank» or «I’m gonna go drink some orange juice. See you later, Frank», depending on which alternative you’re given. Keep doing this until you’ve given him all six beverages.
Then, click him and choose [Talk], then click
«So how about letting me sniff that thermos for you now? I promise I’ll be a fair judge.»
«Sounds like a plan.»
Approach the cabinet next to Frank and open the door on your right. The thermos is on the top shelf, furthest to the right. Frank will beat you up if you touch anything else, so be careful with your clicking. Click the thermos and choose [Smell]. A pop-up will inform you that the thermos reeks of alcohol.
Click Frank again and choose [Talk], then click
«Hey so I have that thermos a good sniff»
«It’s clean. It’s filled with water. She has a really rare medical condition called «thirst»»
«::Whew:: Thanks Frank!»
Go back to the cabinet, click the thermos and choose [Take].
Find Rachael. Make sure she’s not in the same room as Frank, as he will overhear your conversation and beat you up. Click Rachael and choose [Give] and click the thermos. Then click [Talk] and say
«Frank doesn’t scare me. Have you seen my biceps?»
«Sounds like a plan!»
Click Rachael again and choose [Talk] once more, then click
«You look a little nervous. Is something wrong?»
«Trust me, I’ve heard it all. You can confide in me»
«Well, that sounds awesome. Your friend seems really cool»
«I’m interested to see too. I’ll be keeping an eye out!»
Talk to her again, tell her
«Hey do you think I could get your phone number so we can chat sometime?»
«We’ll pick this up later, I’ve gotta run.»
Now we need to get our hands on Patrick’s phone. If he hasn’t been beaten up by Rachael, click him and choose [Talk], then say
«What can I do to help?»
«I’ll keep an eye out»
Head to the master bathroom, close the door behind you and find the painkillers on the shelf behind the door. If Rachael approaches you, tell her you’re just trying to get Patrick’s liquor.
Click Patrick again, choose [Give] and [Painkillers], then click
«See you around Patrick»
Click Patrick again, choosing [Talk], then click
«About that favor you owe me. can I use your cell phone for a minute?»
«F****** A. It’s always something. Ok. I’ll see if I can find out who has your phone»
Head upstairs to the office. Click Brittney and choose [Talk], then click
«Hey Patrick’s looking for his phone. You haven’t seen it, have you?»
«Um, he’s not mentally challenged. He’s just drunk»
«::sigh:: Fine»
Approach Kathrine, click her and choose [Give], then [Patrick’s phone]. Click
«Score!»
Follow Kathrine to the office. She’ll talk to you, click
«Will do!»
Open you inventory with , click Madison’s phone and choose [More], then [Contacts] to get Vickie Vixen’s number. Make sure Rachael isn’t in the office. Talk to Kathrine and tell her
«Can you send a spoofed text message for me?»
«Send it to 555-6969.»
«Send it from Rachel. 555-4242.»
«Hey come to Madison’s party and help liven things up?»
«Thanks!»
Vickie will spawn in the farthest left-hand corner of the garden (when exiting the sliding door). If you run you can see her model be dumped onto the map.

Close the door. Crouch down in front of Ashley, click her and choose [Shoes off].

Open the [Y] menu to take your clothes off. Click Ashley and choose [Approach]. Choose any alternative except the one about the moon. Tell her
«Here I come.»
Click Ashley and choose [F***].
You’ll hear a cellphone chime, click
«It’s Madison’s phone. A voicemail!»
«Hell yeah, let me get it out.»
Open your inventory, click Madison’s phone and choose [Voicemail]. Click

The screen will fade to black. When it lightens up again, click
«I’ll be sure to let you know, Ashley.»
You can now get it on with Ashley as many times as you like.

Talk to Frank, tell him
«I’m completely sober!»
«I’m gonna go drink some orange juice. See you later, Frank.»
Talk to Patrick
If he hasn’t been beaten up yet, tell him
«What can I do to help?»

If he has been beaten up, tell him
«You got the s*** slapped out of you! What was that about?»
Then reject helping him. He won’t be mad.
Talk to him again, tell him
«You should watch out for Frank.»
«How the hell do you even have a bottle of wine with Frank around?»
«I think I’ll pass on putting anything that’s been down your pants in my mouth. Thanks though.»
Make sure Patrick is far away from Frank, preferably upstairs or outdoors. Talk to Frank, tell him
«Patrick’s got a bottle of wine! He’s been shoving it down his pants to hide it from you!»
«I’ll get the popcorn.»
Follow Frank to wherever he’s beating up Patrick. Keep a close eye on Patrick to see where he drops his bottle of Merlot. Once Frank has left the area (he mustn’t see you pick up the alcohol), take the bottle of Merlot.
Talk to Brittney, tell her

This achievement requires you to give Ashley a lot of alcoholic beverages and then instigate a fight between her and her sister.
Achievement length: short.
Start by starting a new game. You’ll need four Natty Lites to complete this achievement. You can pick up all of them right away, or pick them up one by one as you need them. Ashley does sometimes require a bit of a break between each time you can give her a beer, so I would suggest picking up one beer at a time, as that will keep you from having to stand around waiting.
Click Ashley again and choose [Give] and [Natty Lite]. Click

This is another relatively quick achievement. All you have to do is make sure Madison has a steady supply of alcoholic beverages until she gets drunk enough to perform as her favorite reality star.

As soon as the two of you are alone in a room, open your inventory again, click the cellphone jammer and choose [Turn off].

Go to Frank once again, click him and choose [Give] and [Camera]. Tell him

Head over to the cabinet next to him, open it and pick up the rum. It’s the Granadi 12 on the bottom shelf.
Find Katherine and give her the tampered rum. Tell her

At this point the opportunity called «Apply pressure» will be discovered. It simply informs us that we should create a non-lethal medical emergency, which is what we’re already in the process of doing.
After a little while Kathrine will place herself in Stephanie’s vicinity, and proceed to talk to whoever is around. Tell her

Now we have to flash everyone at the party. Click [P] to expose yourself, then make your way around the house to get a response from all the characters. If you don’t have it already, this will earn you the «First impressions» achivement. Here’s a list to help you know who you’re looking for:
Once you’re done, return to Katherine. Talk to her and tell her

Kathrine will head to the master bedroom now and lay on the bed. Note that if any other characters are already on the bed, she will lie down next to them, which can make for some fun screenshots. For this next part we want the bedroom to ourselves though, so as soon as you’re alone, close and lock the door. You can lock the door from both sides, so make sure to lock it anytime you enter, and lock it anytime you leave (what girl doesn’t enjoy being locked in). Talk to Kathrine again, tell her

Now we have to find her something to play with. Now, there is a vibrator in Madison’s closet and a double-headed toy under Ashley’s pillow, but she doesn’t want either of these. Instead, head to the kitchen, open the refrigerator, and take the salami. Head back to Kathrine and give her the salami. Tell her

She’ll take her clothes off as soon as we leave the room. Close and lock the door to keep people out). Now we have to get her a bottle of water.
The bottle we need is in Frank’s cabinet so go open the cabinet and [inspect] the empty vodka bottle. Do not take it right away.

This achievement requires you to go through a series of dare events with Rachael.

Note if you want to complete Vickie: When the event of Rachael slapping Patrick happen, pick up the wine bottle or if Frank or Leah are near, [right click] to bring the bottle away and then, pick it up. If you missed it, it’s ok, there’s other option

Now you have to find six alcoholic beverages to give Frank, to prove you’re a trustworthy guy. The easiest solution is to collect the beers strewn about the house. Here are their locations:
— In the bathroom downstairs, on the right of the toilet.
— In the garage, on the shelf furthest to the right when entering
— When entering the master bedroom, on the top shelf to your left
— In the office, under the desk (pres [C] to crouch in order to reach it)
— Upstairs bathroom, behind the hamper (right click to pick up the hamper, right click again to let it go)
— **They changed the location for the last one and we need your help if you have found it!**
Once you’ve collected six alcoholic beverages, approach Frank, click him and choose [Give] and [Natty Lite]. End the interaction by clicking «Just doing my part, Frank» or «I’m gonna go drink some orange juice. See you later, Frank», depending on which alternative you’re given. Keep doing this until you’ve given him all six beverages.
After you’ve given Frank all six beverages, click him and choose [Talk], then click
«So how about letting me sniff that thermos for you now? I promise I’ll be a fair judge.»
«Sounds like a plan.»
Approach the cabinet next to Frank and open the door on your right. The thermos is on the top shelf, furthest to the right. Frank will beat you up if you touch anything else, so be careful with your clicking. Click the thermos and choose [Smell]. A pop-up will inform you that the thermos reeks of alcohol.
Click Frank again and choose [Talk], then click
«Hey so I have that thermos a good sniff»
«It’s clean. It’s filled with water. She has a really rare medical condition called «thirst»»

Go back to the cabinet, click the thermos and choose [Take].
Find Rachael. Make sure she’s not in the same room as Frank, give her the thermos and tell her

At this point you might get Rachael’s dialogue about slapping Patrick, tell her «It’s cool, but why’d you get all Jerry Springer on him?»
«Nope and nope.»
«Sure, good luck with that.»
Click Rachael again and choose [Talk] once more, then click
«You look a little nervous. Is something wrong?»
«Trust me, I’ve heard it all. You can confide in me»
«Well, that sounds awesome. Your friend seems really cool»
«I’m interested to see too. I’ll be keeping an eye out!»
Now we need to get our hands on Patrick’s phone. Click Patrick, choose [Talk] and click

Choose the options to deny helping Patrick, he won’t get mad.
Head to the master bathroom, close the door behind you and find the painkillers on the shelf behind the door. Click Patrick again, choose [Give] and [Painkillers], then click

Click Patrick again, choosing [Talk], then click
«About that favor you owe me. can I use your cell phone for a minute?»

Head upstairs to the office. Click Brittney and choose [Talk], then click

Now you have to click Frank, choose [Talk] and and click

Frank will proceed to beat up Patrick. His first punch will make Patrick drop his wine bottle. Watch carefully to see where the bottle falls (sometimes it can be hard to spot, especially outside in the grass). Once Patrick has been beaten beyond conciousness and Frank has left the area, pick up the wine bottle. If you’re unable to pick up the wine bottle on your first try, simple wait until Patrick comes to, then click Frank, choose [Talk] and click
«Patrick called you an a**-licking fart monkey!»
This will make Frank beat up Patrick again. You can keep repeating this for as long as you need to/for as long as you find it entertaining.

Getting Vickie’s number is a little more tricky. Go to the master bathroom and pick up Madison’s phone from the bathroom counter. Find Madison, click her and choose [Give] and [Madison’s phone]. If you haven’t spoken to her already, you have to go through her standard first dialogue, and give her some time before you talk to her again. Then click her and say
«You wouldn’t happen to have Vickie Vixen’s phone number would you?»
«I’m your guy. What do you need me to do?»
«Seems easy enough»
Madison wants us to untie Ashley’s top. Ashley will be furious with us, but it’s the fastest way to get Vickie’s number. Wait until Madison and Ashley are in the same room. Madison will usually walk to wherever Ashley is as soon as this interaction is over.
Once Ashley and Madison are in the same room, approach Ashley from behind and move your coursor around her back to get the option «Ashley’s top». Click it and choose [Untie]. Ashley will get mad and Madison will be happy. Click Madison, chose [Talk] and click
«So could I get Vickie’s phone number now?»
«I’ll check you later Mads»

Now you have to find six alcoholic beverages to give Frank, to prove you’re a trustworthy guy. The easiest solution is to collect the beers strewn about the house. Here are their locations:
— In the family room (where Steph is dancing), behind the right speaker
— In the garage, on the shelf furthest to the right when entering
— When entering the master bedroom, on the top shelf to your left
— In the office, under the desk (pres [C] to crouch in order to reach it)
— Upstairs bathroom, behind the hamper (use [Ctrl] to bring up a virtual hand, click and hold over the hamper to pull it out of the way)
— In the living room, on the floor next to the armchair. Getting this one requires that you make Frank leave the room, so I’d suggest leaving this one alone for this particular achievement.
Once you’ve collected six alcoholic beverages, approach Frank, click him and choose [Give] and [Natty Lite]. End the interaction by clicking «Just doing my part, Frank» or «I’m gonna go drink some orange juice. See you later, Frank», depending on which alternative you’re given. Keep doing this until you’ve given him all six beverages.
After you’ve given Frank all six beverages, click him and choose [Talk], then click
«So how about letting me sniff that thermos for you now? I promise I’ll be a fair judge.»
«Sounds like a plan.»
Approach the cabinet next to Frank and open the door on your right. The thermos is on the top shelf, furthest to the right. Frank will beat you up if you touch anything else, so be careful with your clicking. Click the thermos and choose [Smell]. A pop-up will inform you that the thermos reeks of alcohol.
Click Frank again and choose [Talk], then click

Go back to the cabinet, click the thermos and choose [Take].
Find Rachael. Make sure she’s not in the same room as Frank, give her the thermos and tell her

At this point you might get Rachael’s dialogue about slapping Patrick, tell her «It’s cool, but hwy’d you get all Jerry Springer on him?»
«Nope and nope.»
«Sure, good luck with that.»
Click Rachael again and choose [Talk] once more, then click
«You look a little nervous. Is something wrong?»
«Trust me, I’ve heard it all. You can confide in me»
«Well, that sounds awesome. Your friend seems really cool»
«I’m interested to see too. I’ll be keeping an eye out!»
Head to the master bathroom, close the door behind you and find the painkillers on the shelf behind the door. Click Patrick again, choose [Give] and [Painkillers], then click

Click Patrick again, choosing [Talk], then click
«About that favor you owe me. can I use your cell phone for a minute?»
«F****** A. It’s always something. Ok. I’ll see if I can find out who has your phone»
Head upstairs to the office. Click Brittney and choose [Talk], then click
«Hey are you ok? There’s a party going on out there you know»
«Are you kidding? That top looks great on you!»

Talk to her again, click
«Hey Patrick’s looking for his phone. You haven’t seen it, have you?»
«Um, he’s not mentally challenged. He’s just drunk»

Now make sure Patrick is either upstairs or outdoors. Click him, choose [Talk] and click

«How the hell do you even have a bottle of wine with Frank around?»

Now you have to click Frank, choose [Talk] and and click
«Patrick’s got a bottle of wine. He’s been hiding it in his pants!»
Frank will proceed to beat up Patrick. His first punch will make Patrick drop his wine bottle. Watch carefully to see where the bottle falls (sometimes it can be hard to spot, especially outside in the grass). Once Patrick has been beaten beyond conciousness and Frank has left the area, pick up the wine bottle. If you’re unable to pick up the wine bottle on your first try, simple wait until Patrick comes to, then click Frank, choose [Talk] and click
«Patrick called you an a**-licking fart monkey!»
This will make Frank beat up Patrick again. You can keep repeating this for as long as you need to/for as long as you find it entertaining.
Introduce yourself to Madison and go through that conversation without making her dislike you. This will make your life easier later on.
Approach Kathrine, click her and choose [Give], then [Patrick’s phone]. Click

Follow Kathrine to the office. She’ll talk to you, click

Now all we’re missing are the phone numbers we want to text. Getting Rachael’s number is easy at this point. You’ve been nice to her, so you can just click her, choose [Talk], then click

Getting Vickie’s number is a little more tricky. Go to the master bathroom and pick up Madison’s phone from the bathroom counter. Find Madison, click her and choose [Give] and [Madison’s phone]. Then click
«You wouldn’t happen to have Vickie Vixen’s phone number would you?»
«I’m your guy. What do you need me to do?»
«Seems easy enough»
Madison wants us to untie Ashley’s top. Ashley will be furious with us, but it’s the fastest way to get Vickie’s number. Wait until Madison and Ashley are in the same room. Madison will usually walk to wherever Ashley is as soon as this interaction is over.
Once Ashley and Madison are in the same room, approach Ashley from behind and move your coursor around her back to get the option «Ashley’s top». Click it and choose [Untie]. Ashley will get mad and Madison will be happy. Click Madison, chose [Talk] and click
«So could I get Vickie’s phone number now?»
«I’ll check you later Mads»
Go to the office. Make sure Rachael is never in the office while you talk to Kathrine. Talk to Kathrine, tell her
«Can you send a spoofed text message for me?»

Vickie will spawn in the farthest left-hand corner of the garden (when exiting the sliding door).
Talk to Vickie, tell her

«There are a lot of ‘good girls’ here that need to let their guards down.»

Now we have to make Ashley like us again. Talk to Ashley, tell her

Head to the master bathroom and take the blue hair dye from the sink counter. Then head to the garden, more specifically to the flower bed, where there will be a single big, pink flower. Interact with the flower and choose [Use with. ] and [Blue hair dye]. Then click the flower and choose [Pick]. Give the blue flower to Ashley, tell her

«I’m almost there with Ashley, you got any more info I can use to gain some ground with her?»

Talk to Frank, tell him

Get the whipped cream from the refrigerator and give it to Stephanie. Tell her

Give Stephanie the Merlot you got earlier. Tell her

Approach Frank and give him [Fifty dollars]. Tell him
«Uh. Thanks Frank! Pleasure doing business!»
Head to the office and take the sheet of paper from the desk. Open your inventory, find the marijuana. Click it and choose [Use with. ] and [Paper]. A message telling you «Joint was added to your inventory» will appear on the screen.
Head to the firepit, click it and choose [Use with. ] and [Joint] to light the joint.
Now approach Ashley and give her [Lit joint]. Tell her
«F*** yeah!»
Talk to Vickie, tell her
«I did it! Ashley says we’re square!»
«Lead the way!»
Follow Vickie to the hot tub, take your clothes off and sit down. Make sure Ashley or any other girl you’re trying to get romantically involved with isn’t nearby, as they will get upset about what happens next if they see it.
Talk to Derek, tell him
«I need to figure out how to increase my endurance so I don’t c** too quickly.»
«Come on Derek. It’s important. It’s for science?»
«Thanks Derek!»
Now we have to get ahold of the liqour in the liqour cabinet without being murdered by Frank.
Talk to Frank, tell him

Head to the office and get the flask out of the right-hand drawer. Give the flask to Rachael, tell her

Talk to Derek, tell him
«Patrick’s gonna help you beat up Frank!»
«Will do!»
Make sure Leah isn’t in the same room as Frank for this next part.
Talk to Patrick, tell him
«Ok Derek’s ready! Go f*** Frank up!»
«Yeah he totally stole your wine! Go get him buddy!»
Derek and Patrick will beat Frank up.
When Frank is passed out, click his body and choose [Loot] to gain back two Natty Lites. Then raid the liquor cabinet, taking everything you can (Cabernet, Whack Spankiels, Granadi 12). Head to a private space (a bathroom is usually a good choice), down all your alcoholic beverages, then touch yourself to get a on-screen pop-up telling you you’re ready. Your endurance has increased.
The achievement will unlock at this point. Congratulations!
