Seven (セブン, Sebun) is an over-extend Gun Slave Unit that works for Beruhren. He is also operated by Pepper.

Appearance [ ]
Seven is similar to Juzo Inui in build. He wears Standard pants with large kneepads, and boots. he also wears a red coat, with numerous badges on it, which he regularly wears with the hood up.
Like Juzo his most distinctive feature, is the gun he has for a head. His head is a desert eagle, with the trigger in the back. under it, is his prominent metal chin, with an extra row of teeth in the jaw.
His right hand is a claw, similar to one from a claw machine. And is often carrying around an axe that Pepper uses for combat.
Personality [ ]
As Pepper looses control over Hayden Gondry, she tells Seven that she saw another Gun Slave Unit, but he wasn’t sure if he believes her.
Pepper receives an order to kill Mega-Armed Tokisada, and as he is being transported by Olivier Vandeberme, she uses Seven and shoots the bus from a distance, killing Tokisada.
Later they go to see Hugh Cunningham, and as he sees Seven, he mistakes him for Juzo Inui, which scares him and Seven apologizes. He tells them to play low until he contacts them again for another job, but Pepper has other plans.
Juzo returns to his office, where Pepper is waiting for him and asks him to grant her request. Seven attacks Juzo from behind, but Juzo blocks the attacks. Juzo tells Seven to move, as he had stepped on one of his cigarettes, but Seven says that only Pepper can give him orders. Juzo teases him, saying to hurry and talk with his mommy, which angers Seven and they clash heads. Pepper tells Seven to stop and he backs off. Juzo realizes they work for Beruhren, as Pepper’s right hand is Hands, a device that is used to release the control program of a Gun Slave Unit. Pepper then explains she is there for a personal matter, wondering where Juzo’s owner is, as she wants to defeat him and take Juzo for herself. She activates Seven’s combat program, who then attacks Juzo, but is easily taken down. Seeing Pepper’s angry face, Seven stands back up and quickly attacks Juzo, taking him out of the building. Pepper asks Juzo if he really doesn’t have an owner and tells him he needs to get serious, but Juzo explains he is using his powers only to complete the requests he had taken. Pepper tells Juzo that she wants him even more now and starts running towards him to attack, but Tetsuro arrives, taking over Seven and stopping Pepper. She realizes who Tetsuro is and says she must not mess with him now. She licks Juzo’s face and then leaves with Seven.
Powers and Abilities [ ]
Gun Physiology: Seven, as a Gun Slave Unit like Juzo, is an over-extend with extentions throughout his whole body. His head is shaped like a gun and is capable of being fired from behind (normally by Pepper), to devastating effect. A gun is also hidden within his left hand and his right hand is a three-pronged claw containing a canon capable of nearly blowing Juzo’s arm off at close range.
Superhuman strength: He is able to release devastating blows with great destructive capacity.
Hands Unit Control: When Pepper uses her Hands unit on Seven, he is capable of unlocking the full battle potential of his extended body under her direction.

Juzo Inui (乾十三, Inui Jūzō) became an over-extended Gun Slave Unit from the war. Now he works as a processor and deals with issues related to extends.

Appearance [ ]
Juzo is a muscular adult of a medium to large build. He generally wears a tight black t-shirt under his gray jacket. He is shown to be 6ft, 6in (1.98m). His most distinctive feature is his gun for a head. His head is a revolver with the trigger and handle hanging in the back, and under it, a metallic jaw with a prominent chin. He lacks lips, instead displaying a row of hexagon-shaped teeth. His right hand also displays a gun-like appearance and can be used as one.
Personality [ ]
Juzo is a very fair-minded, straight-thinking man who lives by his own belief that one should deal with their own problems without relying on others. One of his most notable quirks is his dislike of humidity, as he’s afraid water could make his head rust, though he’s admits himself that it’s never happened before but still doesn’t want to find out.
He also mentions that he hates children, although this may or may not be true depending on the reader’s interpretation as he saved Tetsuro from Beruhren. He dismisses this, saying that he just did it because he was a customer and they had a contract to complete. However, Mary mentions that it’s not like him to go to such lengths to help a customer even after the contract is done, suggesting that he wants Tetsuro to act as a partner in his job.
Juzo is dealing with some troublemakers at a bar. After he gets thanked by the client, he heads home, where he heard of an accident of extend kidnapping a kid and his landlady Christina Matsuzaki tells him she heard some noise from his office. Entering his office, he sees a broken window and the extend with the kidnapped kid. He is about to report him, but hearing the extend claiming he didn’t do anything and didn’t wanted to be a tool, Juzo stops. The police then knocks on the door and Juzo scares them off, without revealing the extend. The extend then leaves the office to lead the police away and leaves the kid for Juzo, requesting to protect it and Juzo accepts. Juzo then arranges a meeting with Mary.
On his way to meet Mary, he meets Karen, who is pretending to be a sister from the orphanage from where the kid was. As Juzo realizes she wasn’t a sister, she reveals her true identity and starts shooting at him. Eventually the extend returns and tries stopping Karen, but she defeats him and shoots him in the head. Juzo then gives the kid in order to try and save the extend, promising he will be returning for the kid and then falls down from a sewage cliff with the extend after Karen shoots him in the back.
When Juzo wakes up, he is wet and panics and attempts to dry himself quickly. After that he talks with the extend, who explains he is the kid, Tetsuro Arahabaki and is controlling this body from distance. Hearing all of his story, Juzo then heads for the train, where Karen and Tetsuro are.
Juzo then faces the train and punches him to derail it. As he deals with the soldiers, he reaches the car that Tetsuro is. Karen shoots at him, but the bullets bounce off. He confronts Tetsuro, telling him that if he want freedom, he should not give up that easily. Tetsuro then woke up for a bit and activates the Harmony device and uses a nearby extend to ask for Juzo’s help. Hearing that Juzo then easily defeats Karen, knocking her out.
Juzo then brings Tetsuro to Mary, who examines him and they talk about his harmony device and that at the moment she can’t remove it. Mary explains that she can install him some vocal and limb extensions. Hearing that, Juzo leaves, telling her to call him, when the kid wakes up.
Juzo goes searching for his favorite type of cigarettes, but is not able to find anywhere, until he sees one package left in a vending machine. He tries getting them, but the machine malfunctions and don’t drop his cigarettes, as he gets angry, he punches it and the cigarettes drop, but then the police come and takes him. Juzo is trying to explain he properly paid from them, but then he is taken to Hugh Cunningham. He explains he is Beruhren Corp representative and reveals they had brought out all of his favorite cigarettes in town and offers them to Juzo for exchange of Tetsuro. Hugh knows that that cigarette brand had the strongest medicine which is helping out Juzo to move his body and wonders how much he was able to move as he didn’t had his cigars today and orders his extend guards to attack Juzo. Hugh explains they could easily control the cigarette supply and threatens to destroy everything he treasures. Juzo got angry and showcase power, saying that he only likes the cigarettes taste and then dispatches of Hugh’s bodyguards. Juzo declines Hugh’s offer and he leaves with the box of the cigarettes to Juzo’s disappointment. Moments later he talks with Mary, who come to help him and took out a sniper. She had made him cigarettes with the medicine he needs, but she wasn’t able to copy the taste. As she helps him walk away, she tells him that Tetsuro is awake.
At Mary’s place, Juzo is waiting for Tetsuro to finish eating, so they can talk. But then a member of the Kyusei group knocks on the door and wants to speak with him. Huang explains that kids are getting attacked in the Kyusei Pit and their extend parts are left hanging everywhere, so they want to hire Juzo to deal with the extend that was doing it. Huang offers they smooth things with Beruhren Corp, but Juzo explains that everyone should deal with their problems. Before leaving Huang tells Juzo that he is right and that they won’t be able to protect their territory if they can’t deal with this situation and that he don’t want to cause trouble in this place, as Mary had helped their guys too.
As Huang leaves, Juzo explains to Mary that this is Behruren work and they will keep attacking kids until they find Tetsuro. As Tetsuro overhears that, they talks on what they can do and not do at the moment and in the end Tetsuro activates his harmony and takes over Juzo’s body.
After fighting with Anne and Ende and eventually losing control of Juzo’s body, Juzo regaines his control and manages to save Tetsuro from Ende’s attack, saying that he had seen all and what he did to his body, and that they will have a long talk after that. Juzo then throws Ende away and moves Tetsuro to safer place, where he tells him he acted like Beruhren and used Juzo as a tool for his own benefits. While realizing that, Tetsuro says that Juzo told him to act like a kid. As Ende chase them, having no other choice, Juzo allows Tetsuro to use him as a gun and shoots Ende. As she gets close, Tetsuro pulls the trigger and hits Ende, defeating her.
Juzo and Tetsuro are forced to leave Kyusei Pit, due to this incident, but Juzo explains that thanks to Huang, Mary can stay there. As they leave, he explains that Ende’s poison is a program that is stopping extends and Mary is working on fixing all of the affected, but since he is older model, it didn’t had such effect on him. Tetsuro realizes that Juzo could have taken the control of his body at any time, but let him control him. And Juzo explains he allowed it as he made a contract to protect him, but warns him to never do that again.
In Juzo’s office, Mary is helping maintenance Tetsuro’s new legs. They hear on the news about that they were investigation the blast that Juzo did with his gun and Mary explains that Juzo is over-extended and this may lead to problems with EMS for him. Tetsuro goes to call Christina Matsuzaki and together they ate a crab, a gift from Huang for stopping Ende.
As he leaves, he sees Scarlet Gosling being harassed by some policemen. Juzo then interrupts and scares them with his looks. As she thanks him, they enter the barber shop, where they see her father not moving. They get scared something may had happened to him, but he had just passed out from eating too much. As Scarlet’s father is cleaning Juzo’s head gun, Juzo mentions he won’t like it if he closes and Scarlet affirms him that she won’t let that happen for Juzo’s sake.
Moments later, the Reconstruction Agency led by Olivier Vandeberme comes into the barber shop and arrests Juzo, explaining that she knew he is being targeted by Beruhren and maybe that’s why he shot his gun, so that Reconstruction Agency would come sniffing around him, making it harder for Beruhren to attack him. But before being taken, Juzo wants the barber to finish cleaning him. He agrees, but as he had pissed his pants, he lets Scarlet finish him and she was excited to do so.
As Juzo is being transported, he is annoyed that Scarlet wasn’t able to finish him properly and still had oil on his head. Olivier is a bit surprised that he requested they to hold regular citizens, but Juzo explains he couldn’t leave them like that. She reminds him of their deal, that she will cover some troubles he did for exchange on following her orders. She then explains that seven extended prisoners had escaped while being transported to Beruhren and that they had a deal with Beruhren to use their corsets that can hold extends in exchange for sending them prisoners for research from time to time. Because of that she can’t chase the prisoners publicly, so she wants Juzo’s help to hunt them. One of the prisoners then attack them, but Cronen von Wolf successfully captures him.
In Olivier’s office, she opens a smelly fish cans to release some stress for having to deal with Juzo and Cronen. She then reveals that they are holding Mary, Tetsuro and the rest as Juzo requested and realizes Tetsuro is the ones Beruhren are chasing. Olivier leads Juzo to the morgue, while explaining the information they had for Hayden. At the morgue, she shows him four dead people that are killed by Hayden, but they couldn’t make the connection between them. She requests Juzo to capture him alive, Juzo asks her if that is her true wish and then accepts.
Juzo goes to visit the home of one of the victims. As he is inspecting his house, Cronen attacks him. Juzo tells him he though it was Hayden and wonders why did he do that as he was told to cooperate. Cronen tells him he follow the law and also wonders why Juzo is there and tries to persuade him from dropping the case. They continue to fight and Juzo gets hit by multiple of Cronen’s needless. But Cronen tells him, there is no use to act like he can’t move, as he noticed he moved a bit to avoid getting hit in vital spots, thus making the needless effect useless. Juzo confirms he was free to move and planned Cronen to lower his guard, so he can take him out. Cronen then tries leaving, explaining he had no more needless left, thus he can’t stop Juzo right now. But he will keep watching him and other extends and punish them if they break the law. Juzo then asks him to drive him to Hayden’s next target and reveals the picture he found, explaining who they are and that Hayden and Mega-Armed Tokisada are the only two left alive from the picture.
As they go looking for Tokisada, they hear he is at the revelation of his statue. There Juzo sees a girl, who gets scared of him, but then explains his face just looked nostalgic and then leaves.
Tokisada is about to get attacked and Juzo jumps in and catches the man. As the man frees himself and tries to attack Juzo, Cronen hits some needless on his neck to stop him, saying he will catch Hayden. As he is about to kick Hayden, Juzo stands up and Cronen kicks his head, which causes Juzo’s head to hit and knock out the man, revealing to not be Hayden.
Juzo and Cronen find Tokisada and see Hayden is trying to kill him, so Cronen uses his needless to stop him, but he still manages to escape. As they spoke, Juzo reveals to Tokisada that his old friends are dead and Tokisada explains Hayden’s disguise ability and that he used to be assassin, but that ability cause quite a strain to his sub-brain and he went crazy. Cornen then receives a call and explains to Juzo that Olivier had been taken down from her position and all EMS agents need to drop from the case, as the substitute director plan to kill Hayden with other means. Juzo tells him that if they capture Hayden alive, they won’t be able to replace Olivier and stays with Tokisada as Cronen leaves. Hayden then reveals himself hiding behind Juzo and attacks them both, saying that now the needle user is gone, it will be easier. Juzo then stands up and starts fighting Hayden, eventually he causes him to overheat and reveal his sub-brain. As Hayden attempts to run, Juzo comments that he trust Cronen to do the right thing, and then Cronen reveals himself striking Hayden’s sub-brain with his needless and immobilize him.
As they are returning after had captured Hayden, Hayden manages to wake up and speaks some nonsense about the war. Cronen and Juzo say they need to bring him alive, so the truth about the incident 10 years ago is revealed. Hearing all that Tokisada reveals he has no choice and attacks and knocks out Cronen and then clashes with Juzo. Tokisada overpowers Juzo and asks him to join him, but Juzo refuses, then Tokisada breaks his neck and goes to finish Hayden. Before he is able to do a finishing blow to him, he hears a noise and then sees Juzo standing up and entering battle mode while still being unconscious. But as authorization device Hands is needed, he realizes Juzo is just a tool and attacks him. Because of the attack, Juzo’s program considers it a threat and initiates a restricted combat program. Juzo then starts beating Tokisada, who tries using his hidden gun, but that too can’t stop Juzo. Tokisada still manages to escape from Juzo, and returns to Hayden, where he meets Olivier. Juzo then comes again, smashing Tokisada to the ground and uses Funke Faust, but misses on purpose, asking if Olivier truly wants Tokisada dead. Juzo then falls and Tokisada realizes he finally reached his limit. He thinks that the world is giving him another chance as he is a hero and then takes a pipe and heads towards Olivier. She takes a cigarette and lights it up, and then blows the smoke into Juzo’s mouth, asking him if he is going to let a client die. As Tokisada is about to hit her, Juzo blocks the attack and strikes Tokisada back with his pipe, defeating him. EMS soldiers then come and Olivier tells Tetsuro to take Juzo and run.
As they leave, Juzo tells Tetsuro that he told him to not use the Harmony device, but Tetsuro corrects him, that he said to not use it on him. Tetsuro had realized that Juzo locked them on purpose to protect them, but tells him that he needs to believe in them more.
At his office, Mary and Tetsuro invite Huzo to eat and Tetsuro expresses desire to work for Juzo, as he still can’t repay him, but Juzo refuses, as he is being targeted by Beruhren and could be even more targeted if he stays in the open with him. Mary tells him that he would not have been alive if it wasn’t for Tetsuro, but Juzo keeps acting stubborn, which only annoys Mary. Juzo then opens up a bit and says he will join them for dinner.
Juzo receives a request from the Security Bureau to capture Saryshagan as he worked for Spitzbergen. He goes and find him, but Saryshagan takes a hostage telling Juzo to not come any closer or he will hurt her. But as he is explaining what his blade is, Juzo knocks him out. Saryshagan thinks Juzo is after him due to today’s ceremony and explains he is just a middle man introducing a boy to Spitzbergen. As he had captured Saryshagan, Juzo later explains that the attack failed and even if it was success, it wouldn’t lead to anything good, but Saryshagan explains that he didn’t get it and that Spetzbergen goal is to get rid of every single extend. Rosso from the Security Bureau then comes and tells Saryshagan, he wasn’t there as the chief of the bureau as extends are out of his jurisdiction, but because of the people and weapons he sold to Spitzbergen, he lost a lot of family members, so he is making sure Saryshagan will pay for that. Before being taken away, Juzo asks with who had Saryshagan worked and he tells him Juzo knew him well and that is Victor, leaving Juzo surprised. Later as Juzo returns to his office, and notices the door is open and Pepper is waiting for him, asking him to grant her request. Seven then attacks Juzo from behind, but Juzo blocks the attacks. On the next day, Juzo is smoking, when Cronen comes and teases him that even he is no match for a Gun Slave Unit with Hands. Cronen explains who Seven and Pepper are and that they attacked Olivier few days ago. Seeing having pictures of them Juzo, guesses that Cronen then knows where they are, as he needs to go ask them for money to repair the damages or he may get kicked out. Cronen explains that EMS is going to overlook this and not chase those two, but Cronen assures Juzo that he is still he and no organization can stop him. Before leaving he tells Juzo that the request for search of Tetsuro had been retracted and he believes it is related to «something» that Juzo is hiding. As he leaves, Juzo recalls a moment when his old partner is transporting him, saying it is his fault and he shouldn’t have treated him like a person, but as a tool. Tetsuro then wake up and asks Juzo if he needs Mary’s help, but Juzo says he is fine and wonders about Tetsuro’s burn injuries. Tetsuro explains that according to Mary when the resonance is too big with the Harmony device, he suffers same damage as the extends he controls. Tetsuro then apologizes, as he realizes the ones from last night are from Beruhren and Juzo got attacked because of him, but Juzo tells him they were targeting him and not Tetsuro, but he still doesn’t know why. Tetsuro still blames himself for being weak and even though he used Harmony, he still couldn’t save Colte, Anne and others.
A customer arrives, wanting to hire Juzo to take care of an extend that haunts a girl. Juzo accepts and Mary decides to tag along. As they are going towards the house of the girl, he wonders if Tetsuro would be fine, but Mary explains the EMS was patrolling due to the incident and she also put an electric defensive device at the door too. Mary is excited she can meet some old model extend and Juzo realizes this is the real reason she wants to come.
Powers and Abilities [ ]
Overall Abilities: Juzo without a doubt can be considered one of the most powerful extendeds in the series so far. Being an overextended as well as a Gun-slave unit, Inui is an incredibly powerful force. He was capable of overpowering several skilled extendeds in his base form with no difficulty. His skills garnered the attention of Berühren officials, to the point that he was considered one of the most dangerous people alive. Juzo has showcased himself to be incredibly precise and perceptive on multiple occasions, easily figuring out even the most experienced criminals and even high ranking members of the legal system. His overwhelming power is so great, that even in his base form he was capable of contending with Seven, another gun slave unit, who was utilizing his true form with his partner Pepper.
Gun Physiology: Juzo, being an over-extend, has extends throughout his whole body. His head is a revolver, can only be fired by someone behind him and is rarely used. However, his right hand also acts as a gun for him, and in a much more practical way than his head. This is his standard weapon, which has shown to be powerful enough to stop a bullet train.
Devil’s Backbone: Inside Juzo’s (and all Gun Slave Units) back is a large mechanism that allows for the full function of the Gun Slaves as weapons. It contains a simple AI that asks for the Hand’s commands when prepared and declares any changes in Juzo’s programing. It contains spare parts and weapons, despite it being seemingly impossible for the whole mechanism to fit inside Juzo.
Superhuman Strength: Being a Gun-slave unit, Juzo’s muscle structure was composed of artificial muscles lined with Diamond Nanotech-fibers, which severely increased their durability. A single punch was capable of sending Mega-Armed Tokisada through several walls, and even shatter Corsets and Cuffs specifically made to restrain extendeds. The muslces also allow Juzo to perform all physical activities at a superhuman level, such as running as fast as a speeding car, leaping more than ten meters into the air, and more. His devastating power is so immense, Juzo could even shatter reinforced anti-extended armor, made out of the same material as his muscles, with a volley of punches. In his base form, a single flick of his fingers is enough to shatter the skull of a grown human.
Superhuman Agility and Reflexes: Despite his size, Juzo is shown to be quite fast and agile, effortlessly dodging Seven’s first strike. With his reinforced muscles and extensions, Juzo can run at speeds surpassing a speeding vehicle, and punch at speeds faster than the eye can see (about 39,000 mph). Thanks to the various sensors in his body, Juzo has lightning fast reaction speed, as he was capable of dodging and reacting to extremely quick extendeds and events.
Notably, despite having no visible eyes of any kind, Juzo has very good vision and can see even when his head is completely covered by something. This could be due to Juzo possessing several sensors all over his body, or the eyes being located somewhere else on his head.
Wrist Tool: Equipped on his left hand, Juzo has a small wrist tool with several utilities. It works as a small, mid-range taser and it also contains a pin that can be used to track someone.
